Drainage and Service Ducts. 1.5.1 The Company shall consult and comply with the requirements of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (“SEPA”) to obtain the necessary licences, approvals and otherwise to enable the Design, construction and completion of the New Works and with respect to complying with the requirements of the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) Regulations 2005 (“CAR”). The Company shall provide Consultation Certificates in accordance with the Certification Procedure in respect of this requirement. The Company shall also provide a copy of the relevant licences, registrations and otherwise as required under CAR to the Scottish Ministers prior to commencement of the relevant New Works.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
