DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COUNSELING. When CONTRACTOR has identified that a Client is experiencing a domestic violence issue, CONTRACTOR shall provide therapeutic interventions 6 which focus on the Client’s experience with, and/or exposure to, domestic violence.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COUNSELING. 5 4.19.1 IH shall provide Domestic Violence (DV) Counseling birth to eighteen (0-18) years, parents (and their children), xxxxxx parents (and their children), and caregivers (and their children) who are victims of domestic violence,. Individuals may include including those referred by court, 6 services forto parents, xxxxxx parents, caregivers, and/or their children ages 10 child protective services, and other social workers, (hereinafter referred to 11 as “PARTICIPANTS” for purposes of Subparagraph 4.19).
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COUNSELING. 22 4.17.1 IH shall provide Domestic Violence Counseling services for 23 child victims ages from birth through eighteen (0–18) years and/or parent 24 victims of domestic abuse (hereinafter referred to as “PARTICIPANTS” for 25 purposes of Subparagraph 4.17 of this Exhibit).

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • Health Care Coverage The Company shall continue to provide Executive with medical, dental, vision and mental health care coverage at or equivalent to the level of coverage that the Executive had at the time of the termination of employment (including coverage for the Executive’s dependents to the extent such dependents were covered immediately prior to such termination of employment) for the remainder of the Term of Employment, provided, however that in the event such coverage may no longer be extended to Executive following termination of Executive’s employment either by the terms of the Company’s health care plans or under then applicable law, the Company shall instead reimburse Executive for the amount equivalent to the Company’s cost of substantially equivalent health care coverage to Executive under ERISA Section 601 and thereafter and Section 4980B of the Internal Revenue Code (i.e., COBRA coverage) for a period not to exceed the lesser of (A) 18 months after the termination of Executive’s employment or (B) the remainder of the Term of Employment, and provided further that (1) any such health care coverage or reimbursement for health care coverage shall cease at such time that Executive becomes eligible for health care coverage through another employer and (2) any such reimbursement shall be made no later than the last day of the calendar year following the end of the calendar year with respect to which such coverage or reimbursement is provided. The Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive as a result of termination of employment described in this Section 8(a) except as set forth in Section 12.

  • Counseling including marriage or pre-marital counseling, religious, family, career, social adjustment, pastoral or financial counseling.

  • Child Rearing Teachers shall be granted a leave for child rearing purposes of up to one (1) year without pay or increment. This includes both adoption and birth. Upon written request, such leave may be extended up to one (1) year without pay or increment.

  • Health and Diet Counseling This plan covers diabetes and nutritional counseling in accordance with state and federal laws, when prescribed by a physician and provided by either a physician or an appropriately licensed, registered or certified counselor.

  • Extended Health Care Coverage A) The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premiums for extended health care coverage for regular employees and their eligible dependents (including common-law spouses) under the Pacific Blue Cross Plan, or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer (See also Appendix “I”). The plan benefits shall be expanded to include:

The Contractor is therefore required to notify Jobcentre Plus when recruiting staff for any entry-level job vacancies located within Great Britain, which may arise from the delivery of their contract to the Authority.

  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment The Board shall provide without cost to the employee’s life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance in the amount of $35,000.
