Common use of District-Wide Committees Clause in Contracts

District-Wide Committees. ‌ The Association shall have the right to designate an SEA representative, as appointed by the president, to all District established committees when the work of the committee may impact the working conditions of teachers. There shall be a District technology committee that includes employee representatives from each school. The purpose of the committee will be to monitor the current state of technology equipment and to make recommendations related to maintenance of technology equipment, replacement of same, and purchasing of new equipment. Employees on the committee shall be paid in the same manner as for curriculum program work per Article VI, Section 9 of this Agreement.
