Under this PA the District Ranger can concur in determinations made by professional Heritage Program staff, including but not limited to, APE, NRHP eligibility, no adverse effect, and no historic properties affected; ensure necessary training for cultural staff; ensure availability of cultural resources funding for preservation projects and implementation of the Historic Preservation Program; assists with Indian tribe consultation for Section 106 projects consistent with FSM direction and 36 CFR part 800.
