District Approval. The work completed herein must meet the approval of the District and shall be subject to the District’s general right of inspection and supervision to secure the satisfactory completion thereof.
District Approval. Neither approval by the District nor failure to disapprove the insurance furnished by the Contractor shall relieve the Contractor of the Contractor’s full responsibility to provide the insurance as required by the Agreement.

District Approval. 1. District approval time line for spring draft AAP: the Core Planning Team will forward the building-level-approved spring draft AAP to the CAO. The CAO will review and approve or reject, as a whole, the Spring draft AAP. If rejected, the AAP, with written reasons for rejection, will be returned by the CAO to the school’s Core Planning Team for review and revision. The President of the CTU will also be notified in writing of any rejected AAP and the reasons for rejection. All schools’ Core Planning Teams and the CTU President will be notified of approval or rejection no later than April 15.
District Approval. This Agreement is conditioned entirely upon the approval of the District by the affirmative vote of a majority of the members present at a duly scheduled meeting of the Board.

District may evaluate Consultant in any way District is entitled pursuant to applicable law, including, without limitation, announced and unannounced observance of Consultant, Consultant’s employee(s), and/or subconsultant(s).

[The District will review and approve the Grantee’s Project within fifteen (15) days of receipt. If the District determines Grantee budget does not align to the allowed uses of Funds according to Section 10, subparagraph 4 of the Act, District may provide detailed written notice to the Grantee and require Grantee revise Project within fifteen (15) days.] District school board approval does not necessarily mean endorsement or agreement with the Grantee’s Project.
District Approval. Execution of this Contract, including the exhibits and attachments hereto, is contingent upon the approval by the District Governing Board, and applicable governing rules and procedures of the District.
