District Allowance definition

District Allowance means an allowance paid to officers in eligible regions as compensation for the general disadvantages associated with living in regional Western Australia, including climate, isolation and cost of living.
District Allowance is the allowance prescribed in this agreement in substitution of the rates for district allowance prescribed in the awards listed in Schedule B.
