DISTRICT DESIGNEE. Consultant shall provide its Services and Products to , who is the District’s designee in this matter (“District’s Designee”). All Services and Products shall be subject to the approval of District’s Designee.
DISTRICT DESIGNEE. Inspector shall provide its Services to the Director of Maintenance & Operations, Art Xxxxx, who is the District’s designee in this matter (“District’s Designee”). All Services and Products shall be subject to the approval of District’s Designee.
DISTRICT DESIGNEE. Vendor shall provide its Services and Products to Xxxx Xxxxxx, Director of Learning Support Services __ (“District’s Designee”). All Services and Products shall be subject to the approval of District’s Designee.
DISTRICT DESIGNEE. Vendor shall provide its Services and Products to Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Director of Special Education (“District’s Designee”). All Services and Products shall be subject to the approval of District’s Designee.
DISTRICT DESIGNEE. Vendor shall provide its Services and Products to Xxxx Xxxxxx, Director of Learning Support Services (“District’s Designee”). All Services and Products, including services that may be provided remotely, shall be subject to the approval of District’s Designee.
DISTRICT DESIGNEE. CONTRACTOR shall provide its Services and Products to the Director of Nutrition Services, who is the District’s designee in this matter (“District’s Designee”). All Services and Products shall be subject to the approval of District’s Designee.
DISTRICT DESIGNEE. Consultant shall provide its Services and Products to Site Designees. All Services and Products shall be subject to the approval of Site’s Designee.
DISTRICT DESIGNEE. The District will identify and appoint a high school contact person (“District Designee”) who will be a certified administrator of the District. The District Designee shall be responsible for oversight of the Activity Program and for monitoring compliance by the Outsourcing Agency with the terms of this Agreement. Outsourcing Agency shall conduct all official communications through the District Designee. As required by ASAA, all Outsource Agency contact with ASAA shall be channeled through the District Designee.
