Activity Program definition

Activity Program means all Activities described in an Activity Notice.
Activity Program means all Activities described in an Activity Notice. Anthropologist means a person with an honours degree in anthropology unless otherwise agreed in writing. Archaeologist means a person with an honours degree in archaeology unless otherwise agreed in writing. Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Perth, Western Australia.

Examples of Activity Program in a sentence

  • Any such agreed extension will apply only to a single Activity Program, unless expressly agreed otherwise in the written agreement under this clause.

  • Upon receipt by the Proponent of the Preliminary Advice, and subject to any reasonable recommendations in the Preliminary Advice, the Proponent may commence the Activities described in the relevant Activity Program (except any Activities indicated in the Preliminary Advice as potentially resulting in a breach of the Aboriginal Heritage Act).

  • Item (a) The Activity Program contains no Low Ground Disturbance Activity.

  • Participants are defined as the number of enrolments in the Targeted Family Healthy Eating and Physical Activity Program who attend one or more program sessions.

  • The fourth offense in this category will result in the permanent removal from the Suring Public School District’s Activity Program.

  • The volume has been derived based on a target completion rate of 85 per cent of the Targeted Family Healthy and Physical Activity Program enrolment target for 2016/17.

  • There will be a 25% penalty for the first violation, 67% for the second violation, one full calendar year suspension and activity board evaluation for third violation and permanent removal from the Suring Public School District’s Activity Program for the fourth and subsequent violations.

  • The third offense in this category will result in the removal from the Suring Public School District’s Activity Program for one full calendar year and the student must go before the activity board to evaluate potential reinstatement.

Related to Activity Program

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • Activity Plan means the plan that is developed for each Individual based on their activity assessment. The plan should include strategies for how these activities can become part of the Individual’s daily routines.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • School-Sponsored Activity means any activity conducted on or off school property (including school buses and other school-related vehicles) that is sponsored, recognized or authorized by the Board of Education.
