Disputes Regarding Discipline. A nurse who feels he or she has been suspended, disciplined, or discharged without proper cause may present a grievance for consideration under Article 19, Grievance Procedure, except as limited in Section A therein. A nurse will also be permitted to submit to his or her personnel file a written rebuttal or explanation, which will be included with any documentation of discipline or discharge.
