Disputes on Billing. In the event of any dispute as to any portion of any invoice presented to the Municipality hereunder, the Municipality shall nevertheless pay the full amount of such disputed charge(s) by the Due Date, and shall provide within thirty (30) days after the Due Date, written notice of such dispute to CRRA. Such notice shall identify the disputed invoice, state the amount in dispute and set forth a full statement of the grounds on which such dispute is based. No adjustment shall be considered or made for disputed charges until the aforesaid notice is provided. The dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions for dispute resolution set forth in Section 7.17. In the event that the Municipality prevails in such dispute, CRRA shall within thirty (30) days of the final adjudication of such dispute, refund to the Municipality all disputed payments to which the Municipality is entitled, plus interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1 & ½%) per Month.
