Final Adjudication definition

Final Adjudication has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.
Final Adjudication means a final judicial decision from which there is no further right to appeal.

More Definitions of Final Adjudication

Final Adjudication means a final decision on the merits by court order or judgment of the court or other body before which a matter was brought, from which no further right of appeal or review exists.
