Determination of Capital Component of Transportation Charge for Costs Incurred Prior to the Billing Transition Date. The Agency’s annual payment of its allocated Capital Costs Incurred prior to the Billing Transition Date and interest thereon, computed at the Project Interest Rate and compounded annually, shall be determined in accordance with a repayment schedule established by the State and determined in accordance with the principles set forth in (A), (B), and (C) below, which principles shall be controlling as to the Agency’s payment of its allocated Capital Costs. The Agency’s repayment schedule will be set forth in Table I by the State as soon as designs and cost estimates are prepared by it subsequent to receipt of requests from the Agency as to the maximum monthly delivery capability to be provided in each aqueduct reach for transport and delivery of Project Water to the Agency, pursuant to Article 17(a); provided that the amounts set forth in Table I shall be subject to redetermination by the State, pursuant to Article 28.

  • Recovery of Schedule Delays During Last Sixty Days of Contract Time At any time during the last sixty days of the Contract Time that the Design Professional finds that the Contractor is behind schedule per the Contract Time, as amended, the Design Professional shall notify the Contractor in writing. Within seven days of the date of the Design Professional's notice, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Design Professional and Owner a written plan explaining how the Contractor intends to bring the Project back on schedule. The Contractor's plan must provide sufficient detail to allow the Design Professional and Owner to determine the proposal's feasibility.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection.   • Unbundled Subloop Distribution (USLD) 2.8.2.1 The USLD facility is a dedicated transmission facility that BellSouth provides from an End User’s point of demarcation to a BellSouth cross-connect device. The BellSouth cross-connect device may be located within a remote terminal (RT) or a stand-alone cross-box in the field or in the equipment room of a building. The USLD media is a copper twisted pair that can be provisioned as a 2-wire or 4-wire facility. BellSouth will make available the following subloop distribution offerings where facilities exist: USLD – Voice Grade (USLD-VG) Unbundled Copper Subloop (UCSL) USLD – Intrabuilding Network Cable (USLD-INC (aka riser cable))

  • Price Adjustments for OGS Centralized Contracts Periodic price adjustments will occur no more than twice per year on a schedule to be established solely by OGS. Pricing offered shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term. Such price increases will only apply to the OGS Centralized Contracts and shall not be applied retroactively to Authorized User Agreements or any Mini-bids already submitted to an Authorized User. Price Decreases Price decreases may be made at any time. Additionally, some price decreases shall be calculated in accordance with Appendix B, section 17, Pricing.

  • Rollovers of Settlement Payments From Bankrupt Airlines If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court, you are allowed to roll over up to 90 percent of the proceeds to your Traditional IRA, within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law. If you make such a rollover contribution, you may exclude the amount rolled over from your gross income in the taxable year in which the airline settlement payment was paid to you.   • Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution Intrabuilding Network Cable (USLD-INC) is the distribution facility owned or controlled by BellSouth inside a building or between buildings on the same property that is not separated by a public street or road. USLD-INC includes the facility from the cross connect device in the building equipment room up to and including the point of demarcation at the End User’s premises.
