Receipt of Requests. All Customer ACH origination requests must be received by the Bank no later than 7:00 p.m. central time in order to be processed that business day. All origination requests received after 7:00 p.m. central time will be processed the next business day.
Receipt of Requests. (a) A Borrower may borrow Advances under the Revolving Credit Facility (other than Swingline Advances) if the Agent receives, not later than 5.00 p.m. on the third Business Day before the proposed Drawdown Date, or, in the case of an Advance in Sterling, not later than 5.00 p.m. on the Business Day before the proposed Drawdown Date, a duly completed Request, copied, to the U.S. Swingline Agent.

Receipt of Requests. Each Borrower may utilise the Xxxx Facility under Tranche A or Tranche B if the Agent receives, not later than 10.00 a.m. on the Business Day before the proposed Utilisation Date, a duly completed Request.

Receipt of Requests. (a) A Borrower may make a Utilisation if the Facility Agent receives from such Borrower or the Obligors' Agent, not later than 11.00 a.m. three Business Days before the proposed Utilisation Date a Request complying with Clause 5.2.
