DETAILS OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT. Rugby Borough Planning Council has granted planning approval for the redevelopment of the Properties into a retirement home living estate consisting of 73 units of extra-care residences incorporating a facility for centralised services. Extra-care residences refer to self-contained homes with design features and support services available to enable self- care and independent living. The aggregate size of the parcels amount to 1.3 acres. The consented 73 units of extra- care residences will consist of five-storey apartment buildings arranged around a central facility and two visitor suites. The centralised facility will provide services such as hotel- styled concierge, restaurant, spa pool, fitness and healthcare. The Proposed Development is expected to commence by the third quarter of calendar year 2019 with an estimated development period of 36 months. ASLL intends to sell all of the residential units and central facility. The development cost is proposed to be financed via a combination of advances from the shareholders of ASLL, namely EPUK and XXX, in proportion to and to the extent of the agreed contribution in ASLL and/or bank borrowings. Further details on the shareholders of ASLL are set out in Sections 2.4 and 2.7 of this Announcement.

  • PHASED DEVELOPMENT 15.1 The Seller reserves to itself, and to its successors in title as Developer, all such rights as are provided for in section 25 of the STA, to erect and complete a phased development on the Land from time to time, but no later than 15 (fifteen) years from the date of opening of the Sectional Title Register, for its personal account.

  • Project Development a. Collaborate with COUNTY and project clients to identify requirements and develop a project Scope Statement.

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.

  • For Product Development Projects and Project Demonstrations  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  Estimated or actual energy and cost savings, and estimated statewide energy savings once market potential has been realized. Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Scope of the Project Under this Agreement, the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include:

  • Development 3.3 Within twenty (20) Working Days after the Commencement Date and in accordance with paragraphs 3.10 to 3.12 (Amendment and Revision), the Contractor will prepare and deliver to the Authority for approval the full and final Security Plan which will be based on the draft Security Plan set out in Appendix B.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • SCOPE OF THE WORK The Contractor shall furnish all the materials, perform all of the Work, and do all things required by the Contract Documents.

  • STRATEGIC PLAN (1) Within ninety (90) days, the Board shall adopt, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to a written strategic plan for the Bank covering at least a three-year period. The strategic plan shall establish objectives for the Bank's overall risk profile, earnings performance, growth, balance sheet mix, off-balance sheet activities, liability structure, capital adequacy, reduction in the volume of nonperforming assets, product line development and market segments that the Bank intends to promote or develop, together with strategies to achieve those objectives and, at a minimum, include:
