Spa Pool definition

Spa Pool means a pool which uses therapy jet circulation, hot water, cold water, bubbles produced by air induction, or any combination of these, to impart a massaging effect upon a bather. Spa pools include, spas, whirlpools, hot tubs, or hot spas.

Spa Pool means a swimming pool which is designed for use by more than 2 people at one time and which is not necessarily intended for swimming. A spa pool will typically have seating, agitation of the water, and water temperatures different than what is normal in pools for swimming.
