Designation of Units. Ownership in the Company shall be designated by “Units,” and a fixed number of Units shall be registered in the name of each Member upon his, her or its admission. Until otherwise fixed by the Board, the Company shall not issue more than 1,000 Units in total.
Designation of Units. The Units shall be designated as Affordable Housing units or Employee Housing units, as such terms are defined in the PUD, according to Exhibit B, attached herein.
Designation of Units. The unit designations are listed in the attached Exhibit B and may not be changed unless by written amendment to this Agreement by Copper and Summit County.

The Manager may from time to time designate one or more classes or series of units representing Membership Interests in the Company (“Units”), with such designations, preferences, rights, qualifications, limitations or restrictions as provided in this Agreement and as may be determined by the Manager from time to time.

The units of the Company (each, a "Unit" and collectively, the "Units") shall be divided into two classes: Class A (the "Class A Units")and Class B (the "Class B Units"}, which shall have the rights and privileges set forth below in this Agreement. The Class A Units and Class B Units that are currently held by each Member are set forth on Schedule A hereto. Except as otherwise expressly indicated in this Agreement, the relative rights, powers and duties of the Class A Units and Class B Units shall be identical.
Designation of Units. The Board of Managers shall have the power to designate the ownership interests in the Company to be issued after the Effective Date into one or more classes and/or series of Units and to fix for such class or series such economic rights, voting powers, full or limited, or no voting powers, and such distinctive designations, preferences and relative, participating, optional or other special rights and such qualifications, limitations or restrictions thereof, as shall be stated and expressed in the properly approved resolution or resolutions of the Board of Managers providing for such designation, and such resolution or resolutions of the Board of Managers shall set forth such amendments to this Agreement as shall be necessary or reasonable in the sole judgment of the Board of Managers to effect such resolution and subject to Sections 6.9 and 12.4, such amendments shall be binding upon all of the Members of the Company upon a properly adopted resolution by the Board of Managers.
Designation of Units. CHA agrees to designate 55 units within Stone School Townhomes as being subject to the terms and conditions of this Covenant. Each unit in Stone School Townhomes that is subject to this Covenant shall be hereinafter referred to as “Unit”. CHA will assign each unit to a formula using Exhibit A, Exhibit B, or Exhibit C that will be a covenant on the unit.
