Deposit into Escrow Fund; Investment of Amounts. Concurrently with delivery of the Bonds, the City shall cause to be transferred to the Escrow Bank for deposit into the Escrow Fund the amount of $ in immediately available funds, derived as follows;
Deposit into Escrow Fund; Investment of Amounts. (a) Concurrent with delivery of the 2017 Bonds, the Successor Agency shall cause to be transferred to the Escrow Bank for deposit into the Escrow Fund the amount of $ , derived as follows:

Deposit into Escrow Fund; Investment of Amounts. (a) Concurrently with delivery of the 2019 Bonds, the District shall cause to be transferred to the Escrow Bank for deposit into the Escrow Fund the amount of $11,687,710.00 in immediately available funds, derived as follows:
Deposit into Escrow Fund; Investment of Amounts. Concurrently with delivery of the Bonds, the City and the Authority shall cause to be transferred to the Escrow Agent for deposit into the Escrow Fund the amount of $ in immediately available funds. All amounts deposited to the Escrow Fund shall be held as cash uninvested.
Deposit into Escrow Fund; Investment of Amounts. Concurrently with delivery of the 2014 Bonds the Successor Agency shall cause to be transferred to the Escrow Bank for deposit into the Escrow Fund the amount of $ in immediately available funds, which shall be derived from the proceeds of sale of the 2014 Bonds. In addition, the Successor Agency shall cause the amount of $ on deposit in the Reserve Account established for the 2004A Bonds by the 0000X Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx to be transferred in immediately available funds to the Escrow Bank for deposit into the Escrow Fund. Of the total amount of $ deposited in the Escrow Fund, the Escrow Bank shall invest $ in the Federal Securities described in Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. The Escrow Bank shall hold the remaining $ of such deposit in the Escrow Fund uninvested. The Federal Securities shall be deposited with and held by the Escrow Bank in the Escrow Fund solely for the uses and purposes set forth herein. The Escrow Bank shall have no lien upon or right of set off against the Federal Securities and cash at any time on deposit in the Escrow Fund.
Deposit into Escrow Fund; Investment of Amounts. (a) Concurrently with the execution and delivery of the 2019 Bonds, the Agency will cause to be transferred to the Escrow Agent for deposit into the Escrow Fund, the amount of $ , from the following sources, (i) $ of which will be held in a subaccount of the Escrow Fund hereby created and known as the “2003 Bonds Account,” for the payment and prepayment of the 2003 Bonds, (ii) $ of which will be held in a subaccount of the Escrow Fund hereby created and known as the “2007 Bonds Account,” for the payment and redemption of the 2007 Bonds; and (iii) $ of which will be held in a subaccount of the Escrow Fund hereby created and known as the “2011 Bonds Account,” for the payment and redemption of the 2011 Bonds: 2003 Bonds Account
Deposit into Escrow Fund; Investment of Amounts. (a) Concurrent with delivery of the 2019 Bonds, the District shall cause to be transferred to the Escrow Bank for deposit into the Escrow Fund the amount of $ in immediately available funds derived as follows: (i) $ from the proceeds of sale of the 2019 Bonds, (ii) $ from funds held in the Reserve Fund established for the 2002 Bonds, and (iii) $ from funds held in or for the benefit of the Redemption Fund established under the 2002 Resolution or assessment payments held by the District. The Escrow Bank, in its capacity as Trustee and as Paying Agent for the 2002 Bonds, is hereby directed by the District to make the transfers of funds from the Reserve Fund and the Redemption Fund under the 2002 Resolution to the Escrow Fund as described in clauses (ii) and (iii) of the preceding sentence.
Deposit into Escrow Fund; Investment of Amounts. Immediately upon closing of the transaction contemplated in the Seventeenth Supplemental Resolution, the Agency shall cause proceeds of the Refunding Bonds in the amount of $ , together with $ on deposit in the reserve funds and other funds for the Refunded Bonds, to be transferred to the Escrow Agent for deposit into the Escrow Fund. The Escrow Agent shall invest $ of such moneys in Federal Securities (as defined in the Resolution) and hold $ of such moneys uninvested in cash, all of which shall be deposited with and held by the Escrow Agent in the Escrow Fund solely for the uses and purposes set forth herein. The Agency acknowledges that to the extent regulations of the Comptroller of the Currency or other applicable regulatory entity grant the Agency the right to receive brokerage confirmations of security transactions as they occur, the Agency specifically waives receipt of such confirmations to the extent permitted by law. The Escrow Agent will furnish the Agency periodic cash transaction statements which shall include detail for all investment transactions made by the Escrow Agent hereunder. The Escrow Agent shall not be liable or responsible for any loss from investments to extent the Escrow Agent is in full compliance with the provisions of this Escrow Agreement.
Deposit into Escrow Fund; Investment of Amounts. Concurrent with delivery of the 2016 Reassessment Bonds, the Town shall cause to be transferred to the Escrow Bank for deposit into the Escrow Fund the amount of $11,056,490.58 in immediately available funds, which shall be derived as follows:
