Delivery conditions precedent. (a) The obligation of the Lenders to make each Facility available to the Borrowers or to maintain each Facility after the Delivery Date of the Vessel to which that Facility relates shall be subject to the condition that the Agent shall have received, on or prior to the relevant Delivery Date, all of the documents and other evidence listed in and appearing to comply with the requirements of Part II of Schedule 3 (Conditions Precedent on Delivery). The Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify the Borrowers, the Lenders and the Swap Bank upon receiving such documents and other evidence.
