Delay beyond five month. In case the commissioning of Project is delayed beyond 5 months, the SPD shall, in addition to encashment of Bank Guarantee, pay to NTPC the Liquidated Damages @ Rs. 1,00,000 per MW per day of delay for the delay in such remaining Capacity which is not commissioned. The amount of liquidated damages would be recovered from the SPD from the payments due on account of sale of solar power to NTPC in thirty (30) equal monthly instalments from first billing cycle.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
