Degree Track. The Degree Track is open to all current employees who satisfy the annual twelve (12) unit minimum requirement. All employees hired on or after January 28, 1991 are limited solely to Degree Track status and must, commencing July 1, 1991, satisfy the annual twelve (12) unit minimum as a condition of continued employment. Degree Track employees accrue paid time off at a higher rate, shall be eligible to seek the "A level" bilingual differential, shall benefit from an experience credit when seeking future employment as an LAUSD teacher.

Degree Track. Individuals who are eligible (based on Hudson County Corrections and Rehabilitation criteria) and interested will be offered the opportunity to enroll in one of the 60 certificate and degree programs that HCCC currently provides and earn college credits towards that degree/certificate program. While students are not required to have their H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. to enroll at HCCC, it is required for financial aid, and therefore is a requirement to participate to ensure financial aid upon release. Students will receive advisement in determining a career path and will be evaluated to determine if developmental and/or ESL. classes are required prior to registering for college-level courses.   • TREE TRIMMING The Licensee shall have authority to trim trees upon and overhanging public streets, alleys, sidewalks and ways and places of the Town so as to prevent the branches of such trees from coming in contact with the wires, cables and equipment of the Licensee, in accordance with applicable state law and any Town bylaws/ordinances and regulations.

  • Free Trial If Customer uses a Free Trial Service, PROS will make such Free Trial Service available to Customer on a trial basis, free of charge, until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period for which Customer agreed to use such Free Trial Service, (b) the start date of any Subscription Service purchased by Customer for the same service, or (c) termination of the Free Trial Service by PROS in its sole discretion. Additional trial terms and conditions may appear on the trial registration web page. Any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding. Free Trial Services are provided for evaluation purposes and not for production use. Customer shall have sole responsibility and PROS assumes no liability for any Customer Data that Customer may choose to upload on the Free Trial Services.   • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • Emergency Generator (a) Tenant, subject to Landlord’s review and approval of Txxxxx’s plans therefor, shall have the right to install a supplemental generator (the “Generator” which term shall include associated power and fuel lines), to provide emergency additional electrical capacity to the Premises during the Term, in an electrical capacity to be reasonably approved by Landlord. Tenant’s plans for the Generator shall include a secondary containment system to protect against and contain any release of hazardous materials. The Generator shall be placed in an area (the “Generator Area”) measuring approximately 20’ x 20’ to be designated by Landlord on the roof and, with respect to such associated power and fuel lines, in such conduits or other areas as Landlord shall designate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Txxxxx’s right to install the Generator shall be subject to Landlord’s approval of the manner in which the Generator is installed, the manner in which any fuel pipe is installed, the manner in which any ventilation and exhaust systems are installed, the manner in which any cables are run to and from the Generator to the Premises and the measures that will be taken to eliminate any vibrations or sound disturbances from the operation of the Generator, including, without limitation, any necessary 2 hour rated enclosures or sound installation. Landlord shall have the right to require an acceptable enclosure to hide or disguise the existence of the Generator and to minimize any adverse effect that the installation of the Generator may have on the appearance of the Building and the Property. Tenant shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental and regulatory approvals and for the cost of installing, operating, maintaining and removing the Generator. Tenant shall not install or operate the Generator until Tenant has obtained and submitted to Landlord copies of all required governmental permits, licenses and authorizations necessary for the installation and operation of the Generator. In addition to, and without limiting Tenant’s obligations under the Lease, Tenant shall comply with all applicable environmental and fire prevention Laws pertaining to Tenant’s use of the Generator Area. Tenant shall also be responsible for the cost of all utilities consumed in the operation of the Generator.

  • Generator Subject to the provisions of this Section 29.36, Tenant shall be entitled to install, operate and maintain a generator and any other equipment related thereto, including, without limitation, a fuel system, wiring and shaft space (“Generator”) next to the Building at Tenant’s sole cost and expense (without paying any additional fee or rental to Landlord for the use thereof). Prior to the installation of the Generator, Tenant shall inspect the proposed location to determine a suitable location for the Generator, and Tenant shall submit written plans and specifications relative to the type, size and proposed location (including any proposed screening) of the Generator to Landlord for its review and written approval. Tenant shall be solely responsible for the cost of acquisition, installation, operation, and maintenance of the Generator; and Tenant shall install, maintain and operate the Generator in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, including without limitation, obtaining and maintaining any and all permits, approvals and licenses required to install and operate the Generator by any governmental authority having jurisdiction. Landlord and Tenant agree that, upon the expiration of earlier termination of the Lease Term, Tenant shall not be required to remove the Generator, any associated cabling, wiring and screening or other improvements. Tenant shall not be entitled to grant or assign to any third party (other than a permitted assignee of Tenant’s rights under the Lease or a permitted subtenant relative to the Premises (or a portion thereof)) the right to use the Generator without Landlord’s prior written consent (which consent may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s discretion). Upon reasonable advance notice to Tenant (and provided Landlord reasonably coordinates with Tenant and provides an alternate source of backup generator capacity during said transition), Landlord shall be entitled to cause the Generator to be moved to another location near the Building, at Landlord’s cost and expense. Tenant shall pay all personal property taxes on the Generator. Tenant shall also pay any increases in the real property taxes of the Building due to the installation of the Generator within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice from Landlord which includes proof of such increase in taxes. Tenant’s indemnity obligations under Section 5.4.1.5 of the Lease, relating to the use of Hazardous Materials, shall apply to the use and operation of the Generator. Finally, Tenant’s insurance obligations under Section 10.3 of the Lease shall apply to the Generator.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
