Definition of Statutory Holidays. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following shall be acknowledged as statutory holidays. • New Year’s Day • Family Day • Good Friday • Easter Monday • Victoria Day • Canada Day • B.C. Day • Labour Day • Thanksgiving Day • Remembrance Day • Christmas Day • Boxing Day or days in lieu of these listed holidays, and any other additional public holiday gazetted, declared or proclaimed by the Government of Canada or by the Government of the Province of British Columbia.
