PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT a) The Board and the Union agree to finalize and sign copies of the Collective Agreement within sixty (60) working days of the ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement by both parties.

  • Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.

  • PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION The County shall bear the cost of printing and binding twenty- five (25) copies of this Agreement for the bargaining unit and shall provide these copies to the Union for distribution to represented employees. Be it further agreed that upon final signatures the County shall distribute electronically to all bargaining unit members a copy of the Agreement with an option to print should the employee deem necessary.   • Archival Back-Up and Disaster Recovery Licensee may use and copy the Product and related Documentation in connection with: i) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product for archival backup and disaster recovery procedures in the event of destruction or corruption of the Product or disasters or emergencies which require Licensee to restore backup(s) or to initiate disaster recovery procedures for its platform or operating systems; ii) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product and related Documentation for cold site storage. “Cold Site” storage shall be defined as a restorable back-up copy of the Product not to be installed until and after the declaration by the Licensee of a disaster; iii) reproducing a back-up copy of the Product to run for a reasonable period of time in conjunction with a documented consolidation or transfer otherwise allowed herein. “Disaster Recovery” shall be defined as the installation and storage of Product in ready-to-execute, back-up computer systems prior to disaster or breakdown which is not used for active production or development.

  • COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT The Union and the Employer agree that every employee should be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Employer shall make available copies of the Collective Agreement in booklet form to all of its employees. The cost of printing shall be shared equally between the Union and the Employer. The Agreement shall be printed in a Union shop and bear a recognized Union label. The Union and the Employer shall agree on the size, print and color of the Agreement and all other particulars prior to it being printed. Printing shall be completed as soon as possible after the signing of the Collective Agreement.
