PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. Each employee will be provided with a pocket-sized copy of the collective agreement which will be printed in a Union printing shop at Employer expense. Sufficient copies will be printed so as to supply all current employees and anticipated employee turnover. Extra copies will also be printed for the Union and Management as necessary for the ongoing collective agreement administration.
PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT a) The Board and the Union agree to finalize and sign copies of the Collective Agreement within sixty (60) working days of the ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement by both parties.
b) The Board and the Union further agree to print and distribute, to all employees, a copy of the Collective Agreement within sixty (60) working days of the signing of the Collective Agreement.
c) The purchase order will be placed jointly by the parties and the Collective Agreement shall be printed in a unionized shop, and the cost shall be shared equally by the parties.

Sufficient copies will be printed in a Union printing shop, for distribution as required. The costs associated with printing shall be borne equally by the parties.

PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The University shall provide the Union with the collective agreement for verification before printing and distribution. The University shall print and distribute sufficient copies of this agreement and shall bear the printing and distribution costs. Following the signing of the collective agreement the University shall distribute a copy of the collective agreement to Teaching Assistants within five (5) working days of the beginning of their appointment. The University shall thereafter distribute to Teaching Assistants a copy of the collective agreement within five (5) working days of the beginning of their first appointment.
