Working on a Statutory Holiday. The Employer shall designate how many employees in each job classification shall work on each Statutory Holiday. Time worked on a Statutory Holiday shall be paid in addition to any Statutory Holiday pay, as provided in Article 'G' 10.02. There shall be no compounding of premiums. Payment for time worked on a Statutory Holiday shall be as follows: Time Worked Rate of Pay (Times regular rate) Up to 9 1/2 hours 150% After 9 1/2 hours 200% Payment for a Statutory Holiday which falls on a Sunday will be paid 200% for all hours worked.
