DEFINED CLASS OF EMPLOYEES RECEIVING CONTRIBUTIONS. Employees receiving contributions to the Trust, as set forth below, consist of all Safety personnel represented by the Association on or after the date of this amendment. ("Safety Employees"). Thus, fire suppression personnel shall participate in the Trust, but non- safety personnel shall not participate.
DEFINED CLASS OF EMPLOYEES RECEIVING CONTRIBUTIONS. The “Defined Class” of employees receiving contributions to the Trust consists of all employees in the bargaining unit represented by the Association who are employed in the City of Petaluma’s Fire Department (“FIRE employees”).
