Decorations. (Initial) ● NO nails, tape, tacks or staples are allowed on the Civic Center walls. Blue Painters tape is an acceptable adherent. ● NO Glitter, confetti, hay and straw are allowed to be used for decorating within the facility. ● NO Kegs, coolers, or drink machines are allowed in the building unless they remain on the bare concrete floor in the receiving room on the east side of the building. ● All decorations, equipment, foods, supplies, etc. are to be unloaded at the east overhead door. (No exceptions.) ● No tables, chairs or other abrasive items are allowed on the dance floor. ● Renter is responsible for bringing all decorating materials including ladder, scissors, tape, etc. ● All candles must be placed on non-combustible surfaces. All materials provided by the rental agreement must be kept free of wax or residue. ● All items brought into the building by lessee need to be removed by the end of the rental period. Lessees are asked to remove food, materials, equipment, furnishings and decorations or garbage left after use of the facility. ● No fork lifts or pallet jacks of any kind are allowed in the Civic Center building. ● Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned decoration rules will result in a forfeiture of the entire Clean-up and Damage Deposit. Set-up and Clean-up: (Initial) ● The City will be responsible for set-up and tear down of all tables and chairs. Set-up will be completed in accordance with the Lessee’s requests. If the lessee requests additional set-up changes beyond those reflected on the initial set-up form, they will be charged at $50 per-hour. ● The lessee is responsible to clean floors, tables and kitchen. Including sweeping, disposing of all trash, and wiping down surfaces. The lessee is responsible to leave the facility in the same condition it was found. ● Renter is responsible for removal of all trash to the dumpsters on the east side of the building. ● Renter is responsible for cleanup of excessive spills or accidents. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. Damages: (Initial) ● Xxxxxx agrees to return the premises of the El Dorado Civic Center in the same condition as rented from the Center. The City will inspect the premises to its satisfaction after the lessee’s use. Any damage or excessive cleanup needs, noted by the inspector, to the Civic Center building and/or grounds will result in additional charges. Any damage in excess of the pre-paid fee will be charged to the lessee. The lessee shall pay the balance of the costs within ten days of the receipt of a statement for repairs or replacement. It is the responsibility of the lessee to ensure that the caterer provides proper cleanup. In the event of no detected damage or excessive cleanup, the designated portion of the deposit will be mailed to the renter within 30 business days following the completion of the lessee’s use of the facility.

Decorations. (Initial) ● NO nails, tape, tacks or staples There is a hook in the centre of the ceiling of the main stadium from which flower arrangements can be suspended. Maximum weight to be supported is 10 kg. The winch handle to raise/lower this hook to/from the ceiling is stored at the Service Centre. Please ensure prior arrangements are allowed made for this equipment. • Heating – Function Facility & Stadium The heating control is located in the office just to the left of the main doors. When you enter this room the heating controls are on the Civic Center wallswall facing you (please refer to instructions on wall) • Heating – TSB Xxxxxxxx Open the heater panel and turn the thermostat dial which is on zero to the desired temperature (three or four is a comfortable heat). When you leave please make sure the thermostat is an acceptable adherenton zero. ● NO GlitterPLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE BLUE FAN CONTROL BOXES Centennial Rest Rooms GENERAL INFORMATION • Capacity The venue is limited to a maximum of 120 persons for any function • Lighting There is no main power switch to turn on – all rooms have light switches • Heating Follow the instructions on the Heat Pumps. • Chairs Approximately 45 green chairs and 12 red velvet chairs belong to the Stratford Women’s Club, confetti, hay so if you are using them please be respectful • Tables Approximately 10 oblong foldable tables. Some are located under the stage in the Institute Room. Please ensure that all tables are folded up and straw are allowed put away after use. • Extras The acquisition of extra tables and chairs is to be used the hirer’s own responsibility with the Council not being involved in any way. • Crockery, cutlery etc. A very limited supply of kitchen crockery is available, but the hirer must pay for decorating within any breakages. Tea Towels and utensils must be supplied by the facilityhirer. ● NO Kegs, coolers, or drink machines • Security The hirer must ensure that all doors are allowed in left locked. This not only includes all outside doors but also bolting the building unless they remain on internal partition doors separating the bare concrete floor in lounge from the receiving room on the east side public convenience section of the buildingpremises. ● All decorations, equipment, foods, supplies, etc. are to be unloaded at the east overhead door. (No exceptions.) ● No tables, chairs or other abrasive items are allowed on the dance floor. ● Renter is responsible for bringing all decorating materials including ladder, scissors, tape, etc. ● All candles must be placed on non-combustible surfaces. All materials provided by the rental agreement must be kept free of wax or residue. ● All items brought into the building by lessee need to be removed by the end of the rental period. Lessees are asked to remove food, materials, equipment, furnishings and decorations or garbage left after use of the facility. ● No fork lifts or pallet jacks of any kind are allowed in the Civic Center building. ● Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned decoration rules will result in a forfeiture of the entire Clean-up and Damage Deposit. In • Portable inflatables or bounce houses are not permitted inside the event rental facilities/venues. • Outdoor inflatables are permitted with written approval from the Supervisor of no detected damage Salomon Farm Park, and ALL approved outdoor inflatables must be rented from an outside party rental company. • A TV is available in the Wolf Family Center for use of PowerPoint presentations or excessive cleanup, the designated portion of the deposit slideshows. TV access is limited to PowerPoint presentations and slide shows. No other TV usage will be mailed to allowed. A microphone is available. Outdoor Use – • Outdoor use such as wedding ceremonies or outdoor activities (i.e. yard games, picnicking, etc.) is permitted in the renter within 30 business days immediate areas around the rented venue. o The following the completion of the lessee’s restrictions apply: o Rentals do not include a separate date for rehearsal time (unless reserved). o Rentals include use of the facilityrented venue, bathroom facilities (adjacent building for Old Barn), and the immediate surrounding grounds. Ceremonies may take place in outdoor areas approved by Salomon Farm Park Rental Coordinator. o Tables and chairs included in rental CANNOT be used outdoors. o No access to the basement of the Old Barn, nor basement or second floor of the Homestead, is permitted for any reason during any venue rental. o Nothing may be driven or staked into the ground without prior written approval from the Salomon Farm Park Operations Manager.
