DANGEROUS CARGO. 5.1 Except with the Terminal Operator's express prior consent in writing, the Terminal Operator will not accept to deal with Cargo which is or may become dangerous (whether or not so listed in international codes or manuals), inflammable, damaging, injurious (including radioactive materials), noxious or which are or may become liable to damage any property or person whatsoever. Where the Terminal Operator expressly accepts in writing to deal with Cargo of a dangerous nature:

DANGEROUS CARGO. 15.1 Each Shipper warrants to SFC that:
DANGEROUS CARGO a. Any substance, whether packaged or in bulk, intended for carriage or storage, and having properties coming within the classes listed in the International Maritime Dangerous Cargo Code (IMDG); and
DANGEROUS CARGO. For shipments of cargo categorized as "dangerous cargo", the quotation and service depended on the evaluation and prior acceptance by the shipowner, without prejudice to the obligation to comply with all legislation for shipments of "DGR cargo" by the CONTRACTOR;
DANGEROUS CARGO. At no time shall the Vessel carry any cargo deemed hazardous or dangerous by Owner, except when specifically required for the work to be conducted during a voyage and upon Owner’s written consent in its sole discretion.
DANGEROUS CARGO. A. The Customer undertakes not to tender Cargo which is of a dangerous or damaging nature without previously giving written notice to LGICT of its nature and Classification under national (and/or international) regulations and laws, and without properly marking the Cargo and Container or other covering on the outside, and packing the Cargo as required by any regulations or laws whatsoever which may be applicable and/or without providing relevant documentation. Cargo which is or at any time becomes dangerous may be destroyed or rendered harmless without compensation if the Customer has not given written notice or has failed to comply with its obligations as aforesaid.

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).
