Customer represents, warrants, and covenants to CyberSource that Customer’s use of the Additional Services and any information gathered by Customer in connection with use of an Additional Service: (a) will be fully compliant with all applicable laws, rules and regulations; (b) will be in accordance with all applicable Services Documentation; and (c) will not be used for any purpose other than in connection with the Additional Service.

Customer warrants the accuracy of any and all information relating to the details of its operating conditions, including temperatures, pressures, and where applicable, the nature of all hazardous materials. Owner can justifiably rely upon the accuracy of Xxxxxxxx’s information in its performance. Should Customer’s information prove inaccurate, Xxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Owner for any losses, liabilities, damages and expenses that Owner may have incurred as a result of any inaccurate information provided by Customer to Owner.
Customer’s Warranty. 7.1 The Customer warrants and undertakes to the Company that it is the owner charge or lessor of the Equipment and that it has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and permit the Company to perform the Services.

By using the ZoneVu Service, Customer represents and warrants to Ubiterra that it has all necessary right, permission, and authority to use the ZoneVu Service and to access and use any data, information, or service obtained as a result of using the ZoneVu Service, including, without limitation drilling data.

Customer also warrants its compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations including, but not limited to, customs laws, import and export laws. Customer shall furnish such information and attach to the Xxxx of Lading such documents as are necessary to comply with all laws, rules and regulations.
