Law of Contract. Enbridge and Shipper agree that this Contract is made in the Province of Ontario and that, subject to Article X of the General Terms and Conditions, the courts of the Province of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters contained herein. The parties further agree that this Contract shall be construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
Law of Contract. Law of Contract. Notwithstanding conflict-of-laws rules, the interpretation and performance of this Contract shall be in accordance with and controlled by the laws of the State of Maine.

Law of Contract. 7.1 The laws of British Columbia will apply to and govern the Contract Documents and the Courts of British Columbia will have jurisdiction over all disputes not resolved by mediation or arbitration.
Law of Contract. The Laws, regulations and instructions to which this Contract is subject when signed and according to which it shall be construed shall be the current Laws, regulations and instructions in force in Jordan.
