Customer Usage Rights. Subject to the restrictions set out in these paragraphs 3.1 to 3.4 and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Skurio hereby grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable right, without the right to grant sub-licences, to permit Authorised Users to access and use the Skurio Cloud Services set out in the Order during the Subscription Term solely for Customer’s internal business operations.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • Return of Customer Data Okta shall return Customer Data to Customer and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, delete Customer Data in accordance with the procedures and time periods specified in the Trust & Compliance Documentation, unless the retention of the data is requested from Okta according to mandatory statutory laws.
