Technical Characteristics. The Participating Generator has provided to the CAISO in Schedule 1 the required information regarding the capacity and operating characteristics of each of the Generating Units listed in that schedule. Pursuant to Sections 8.9 and 8.10 of the CAISO Tariff, the CAISO may verify, inspect and test the capacity and operating characteristics provided in Schedule 1.

The EIM Participating Resource has provided to the CAISO in Schedule 1 the required information regarding the operating characteristics of each EIM Resource listed in Schedule 1, in addition to any further level of detail that may be required by Section 29 of the CAISO Tariff.
Technical Characteristics. 4.3.4.1. The quality of the COMPANY'S source code base in terms of security design, documentation, performance, stability and reliability including year 2000 compliance is sufficient to carry on the business of the COMPANY as currently contemplated, subject, however, to (i) the ongoing improvements and developments made in the ordinary course of the COMPANY's business, and (ii) unforeseen external market and technology developments.
