Common use of CULTURAL/CEREMONIAL LEAVE Clause in Contracts

CULTURAL/CEREMONIAL LEAVE. ‌ 32C.1 Cultural/ceremonial leave will be available to all employees. 32C.2 Such leave will include leave to meet the employee’s customs, traditional law and to participate in cultural and ceremonial activities. 32C.3 Employees are entitled to time off without loss of pay for cultural/ceremonial purposes, subject to agreement between the employer and employee and sufficient leave credits being available.
