Credits and Charges. In the event Xxxxxx directs Lessor to bill charges hereunder, Xxxxxx will, upon demand of Xxxxxx, promptly pay said charges. XXXXXX EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZES XXXXXX TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD VOUCHER, IF ANY, IN LESSEE NAME FOR CHARGES MADE HEREUNDER. Xxxxxx agrees to pay Lessor interest of 1% per month (18% per year) on any monies paid out by Lessor for Xxxxxx's benefit until collected from and on any account outstanding over 30 days.

Credits and Charges. Any reserves or balances to the credit of the Borrower and any other property or assets of the Borrower in the possession of the Lenders and/or the Agent shall be held by the Lenders and/or the Agent as security for any Obligations and applied in whole or partial satisfaction of such Obligations when due and payable. The liens and security interests granted herein and any other lien or security interest the Lenders and/or the Agent may have in any other assets of the Borrower, shall secure payment and performance of all now existing and future Obligations. The Agent may in its discretion charge any or all of the Obligations to the Loan Account of the Borrower when due.
