COVERAGE DRIVERS. Bid coverage routes will be created by center on the following basis: Number of employees Number of bid coverage jobs 1-14 1 15-20 2 21-30 3 31-40 4 41-50* 5 *The table shall continue where the employees exceed 50 If there is no coverage job available during a given week, the employees will be assigned. If the job selected is open more than one (1) day, the coverage employee selecting the area will remain on it for the duration of the vacancy. The Employer reserves the right during the first two (2) years of the employee’s bidding a coverage job, to assign that employee when- ever additional training is necessary; provided however, such train- ing does not exceed five (5) days on any route.

  • Medical Coverage The Executive shall be entitled to such continuation of health care coverage as is required under, and in accordance with, applicable law or otherwise provided in accordance with the Company’s policies. The Executive shall be notified in writing of the Executive’s rights to continue such coverage after the termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to this Section 3(d)(iv), provided that the Executive timely complies with the conditions to continue such coverage. The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Executive is responsible to make all payments required for any such continued health care coverage that the Executive may choose to receive.

If purchased this insurance shall include interests of the Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontrators in the Work.

  • Product Coverage This Agreement shall apply to all manufactured products, - including capital goods, processed agricultural products, and those products failing outside the definition of agricultural products as set out in this Agreement. Agricultural products shall be excluded from the CEPT Scheme.

  • Extended Health Care Coverage A) The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premiums for extended health care coverage for regular employees and their eligible dependents (including common-law spouses) under the Pacific Blue Cross Plan, or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer (See also Appendix “I”).
