Single Coverage definition

Single Coverage. The District shall contribute $284.00 per month toward the cost of the premium per month for the medical/hospitalization plan for individual coverage for employees who qualify as full-status employees and are enrolled in the plan. This coverage shall continue for the duration of this contract.
Single Coverage. The School District shall contribute a sum not to exceed $284.00 per month toward the premium for individual coverage for each full-time employee employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in single coverage in the School District’s group health and hospitalization insurance plan. More Definitions of Single Coverage

Single Coverage. The School District shall contribute $385 per month toward the cost of the premium for the medical-hospitalization plan for individual coverage for all full-time employees who are enrolled in said plan. The School District shall contribute 75% of the monthly contribution stipulated for single coverage for all employees scheduled to work thirty (30) hours or more, but less than forty (40) hours per week and otherwise qualify for single coverage. The cost of the premium not contributed by the School District shall be borne by the employee and paid by the employee through payroll deduction.
Single Coverage. The District will contribute up to up to $510.00 per month toward the cost of a single coverage premium for the Elect (or equivalent) medical- hospitalization plan for each eligible teacher employed by the District for the duration of this Master Agreement.
