Package. This License Agreement shall apply only if you have not signed another SI License Agreement for this SOFTWARE. This SOFTWARE is protected by both United States copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions.

Package. Seaworthy packing, the Seller undertakes the packing is free from any mechanical, chemical, corrosion or other damage sustained during transport, handling, storage, erection or subsequent to erection.
Package. (1) During your temporary secondment, you shall receive an annual basic salary of € 125,000 gross payable in equal parts at the end of each month.
