In addition to the First Refusal Notice, Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with courtesy notices of any proposals (which may be in the form of a letter of intent or otherwise) with respect to any space available for lease at the other building located at the Project; provided, however, that Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant for Landlord’s failure to send such courtesy notices.

CONTRACTOR may affix to the Garbage Cart a 13 Courtesy Notice.
