Court Appearances and Conventions. (a) Teachers shall be allowed the necessary time off with pay to comply with subpoena for court appearance when such teacher is a party or a witness to an action. The teacher shall make every effort to arrange that the time s/he is required to spend in court shall accommodate her/his teaching schedule.
