County Non-Elective Contributions. The County maximum non-elective contributions toward the Flexible Benefits Plan will be as indicated below. The County shall not contribute any non-elective amounts toward the employee's purchase of any other optional benefits which may be provided by the County through the Flexible Benefits Plan. Employees shall not have the option of using the non-elective contributions for any other purpose other than for purchasing employee health, employee dental and employee vision insurance. Non-elective contributions not used to purchase employee health, dental and vision insurance will be forfeited.

Health Insurance Contribution The County's maximum non-elective contribution to the Flexible Benefits Plan for health insurance coverage will be as designated by PERS and shall conform to the PERS mandated employer payments. Unit R - SEIU 14 Dental Insurance Contribution The County's maximum non-elective contribution to the Flexible Benefits Plan for dental coverage will be equal to the cost of the employee only premium monthly for all eligible permanent employees. During the term of this contract, should the dental (employee only premium) non-elective contribution/premium increase, the County will pay the increase. Should, during the term of this contract, the non-elective contribution/premium for dental (employee only premium) decrease, the County shall retain the savings from the decrease. Vision Insurance Contribution The County's maximum non-elective contribution to the Flexible Benefits Plan for vision coverage will be equal to the cost of the employee only premium monthly for all eligible permanent employees. During the term of this contract, should the vision (employee only premium) non-elective contributions/premium increase, the County wil l pay the increase. Should, during the term of this contract, the non-elective contribution/premium for vision (employee only premium) decrease, the County shall retain the savings from the decrease.

  • Saver’s Credit for IRA Contributions A credit of up to $1,000, or up to $2,000 if married filing jointly, may be available to certain taxpayers having a joint AGI of less than $65,000 in 2020, or $66,000 in 2021. The credit may also be available to certain taxpayers who are heads of household with an AGI of less than $48,750 in 2020, $49,500 in 2021, or married individuals filing separately and singles with an AGI less than $32,500 in 2020, or $33,000 in 2021. Some of the restrictions that apply include: • the individual must be at least 18; • not a full-time student; • not declared as a dependent on another taxpayer’s return; or • any distribution from most retirement plans (qualified and non-qualified) will decrease the eligible contribution.

  • Elective Deferrals An Employee will be eligible to become a Contributing Participant in the Plan (and thus be eligible to make Elective Deferrals) and receive Matching Contributions (including Qualified Matching Contributions, if applicable) after completing 1 (enter 0, 1 or any fraction less than 1) Years of Eligibility Service.

  • Employer Contributions 8.1 Rates at which the Employer shall contribute for each hour of work performed on behalf of each employee employed under the terms of this Agreement are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.
