Counterparts and Delivery by Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (including counterparts by facsimile), each of which will be deemed to be an original and all of which, taken together, will be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery by facsimile or by electronic transmission of an executed counterpart of this Agreement is as effective as delivery of an originally executed counterpart of this Agreement. Any Party or Shareholder delivering an executed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile or by electronic transmission shall also deliver an originally executed counterpart of this Agreement, but the failure to deliver an originally executed copy does not affect the validity, enforceability or binding effect of this Agreement.

Counterparts and Delivery by Facsimile. 27.1 This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties thereto on separate counterparts and any single counterpart or set of counterparts signed, in either case, by all the parties hereto shall be deemed to constitute a full and original agreement for all purposes but all counterparts shall constitute but one and the same instrument.
Counterparts and Delivery by Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts (including counterparts transmitted by facsimile, PDF, email or other electronic means) and such counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument.
