Cost of Living Adjustments. The fees for the Services shall be increased effective on each anniversary date of this Agreement over the fees shown in Part I above by the percentage increase equal to the percentage increase in the applicable regional Consumer Price Index for the month which is two months immediately preceding such anniversary date over the applicable regional Consumer Price Index for the same month one year prior.
