Corrections to Factual Inaccuracies. In the event that the LEA determines that the Provider is maintaining Student Data that contains a factual inaccuracy, and Provider cooperation is required in order to make a correction, the LEA shall notify the Provider of the factual inaccuracy and the correction to be made. No later than 90 calendar days after receiving the notice of the factual inaccuracy, the Provider shall correct the factual inaccuracy and shall provide written confirmation of the correction to the LEA.
Corrections to Factual Inaccuracies. In the event that the LEA determines that the Student Data contains a factual inaccuracy LEA shall correct the same no later than 90 calendar days after making such determination. Provider shall assist as necessary.
Corrections to Factual Inaccuracies. In the event that XXX determines that Finalsite is maintaining Student Data that contains a factual inaccuracy, and Finalsite’s cooperation is required in order to make a correction, XXX shall notify Finalsite of the factual inaccuracy and the correction to be made. No later than 90 calendar days after receiving the notice of the factual inaccuracy, Finalsite shall correct the factual inaccuracy and shall provide written confirmation of the correction to LEA.
Corrections to Factual Inaccuracies. In the event that the LEA determines that the Provider is maintaining Student Data that contains a factual inaccuracy, the LEA shall upload corrected data through automated upload process.
Corrections to Factual Inaccuracies. LEA shall establish reasonable procedures by which a parent, legal guardian, or eligible student may review Student Data in the pupil’s records, correct erroneous information, and procedures for the transfer of pupil-generated content to a personal account, consistent with the functionality of the hosted services. In the event that the LEA determines that the Provider is processing Student Data that contains a factual inaccuracy, and Provider cooperation is required in order to make a correction, the LEA shall notify the Provider of the factual inaccuracy, the Provider shall assist the LEA in correcting the factual inaccuracy. To the extent the Provider must correct the factual inaccuracy, the Provider shall provide written confirmation of the correction to the LEA.
