Eligible Student. The term “eligible student” as used in this Agreement means one who meets eligibility criteria under state and federal law as an individual with a disability/pupil with exceptional needs and for whom the appropriate program/service(s) and least restrictive educational environment necessary to address his/her unique educational needs is in a district/LEA within the SELPA that is outside the student’s district of residence.
