Correctional Deputy Related Equipment Purchase. Once each calendar year employees in the Correctional Deputy Series may request that the County purchase police-related equipment on their behalf. The equipment must be approved by the requesting employee’s appointing authority in advance of the purchase. Upon receipt of the equipment, the employee shall reimburse the County for the full cost of the equipment through equal payroll deductions of up to one year. No purchase may be made under this section until any previous purchase has been paid in full by the employee. The amount of the equipment shall not exceed $1,000.00 in total cost.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

  • EQUIPMENT PURCHASE This Schedule contemplates Lessor's acquisition of Equipment for lease to Lessee, either by one of the first three categories listed below or by providing Lessee with Equipment from the fourth category, in an aggregate value up to the Commitment Amount referred to on the face of this Schedule. If the Equipment acquired is of category (i), (ii), (iii) below, the effectiveness of this Schedule as it relates to those items of Equipment is contingent upon Lessee's acknowledgment at the time Lessor acquires the Equipment that Lessee has either received or approved the relevant purchase documentation between vendor and Lessor for that Equipment.

  • Purchased Equipment Any equipment purchased under this contract remains the property of the Contractor for the period this contract and future continuing contracts for the provision of the same services. Contractor must submit vendor invoice with reimbursement request. For the purpose of this contract, equipment is defined as any tangible, durable property having a useful life of at least (1) year and acquisition cost of $1000.00 or more. The contractor has the responsibility to submit to the Contract Monitor an inventory list of LDH equipment items when acquired under the contract and any additions to the listing as they occur. Contractor will submit an updated, complete inventory list on a quarterly basis to the Contract Monitor. Contractor agrees that upon termination of contracted services, the equipment purchased under this contract reverts to the Department. Contractor agrees to deliver any such equipment to the Department within 30 days of termination of services.
