Notice of Cancellation Each insurance policy required above shall provide that coverage shall not be canceled, except with notice to City.
Disposition of Canceled Certificates; Record Retention The Paying Agent shall retain stock certificates which have been canceled in transfer or in exchange and accompanying documentation in accordance with applicable rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission for two calendar years from the date of such cancellation. The Paying Agent, upon written request by the Company, shall afford to the Company, its agents and counsel access at reasonable times during normal business hours to review and make extracts or copies (at the Company's sole cost and expense) of such certificates and accompanying documentation. Upon request by the Company at any time after the expiration of this two-year period, the Paying Agent shall deliver to the Company the canceled certificates and accompanying documentation. The Company, at its expense, shall retain such records for a minimum additional period of four calendar years from the date of delivery of the records to the Company and shall make such records available during this period at any time, or from time to time, for reasonable periodic, special, or other examinations by representatives of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company also shall undertake to furnish to the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon demand, either at their principal office or at any regional office, complete, correct and current hard copies of any and all such records. Thereafter, such records shall not be destroyed by the Company without the approval of the Paying Agent, which approval shall not be withheld unreasonably, but will be safely stored for possible future reference.
Certificate of Cancellation On completion of the distribution of Company assets as provided herein, the Members (or such other Person or Persons as the Act may require or permit) shall file a certificate of cancellation with the Secretary of State of Delaware, cancel any other filings made pursuant to Section 2.05, and take such other actions as may be necessary to terminate the existence of the Company. Upon the filing of such certificate of cancellation, the existence of the Company shall terminate (and the Term shall end), except as may be otherwise provided by the Act or other applicable Law.
COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 31.01 Following the signing of the Collective Agreement, each Employee affected shall be provided with a copy by the Employer within seven (7) days of receipt of the copies by the Employer. The Collective Agreement shall be printed in booklet form by the United Nurses of Alberta. The costs of printing shall be shared equally between the parties.
Copies of Contract Upon final ratification and approval of this agreement, the employer shall prepare and make available to the bargaining agent and each of the employees in the bargaining unit a copy thereof.
Right of Cancellation and repayment in relation to a single Lender
Disposition of Books, Records and Canceled Certificates DST may send periodically to the Fund, or to where designated by the Fund, all books, documents, and all records no longer deemed needed for current purposes, upon the understanding that such books, documents, and records will be maintained by the Fund under and in accordance with the requirements of applicable federal securities laws. Such materials will not be destroyed by the Fund without the consent of DST (which consent will not be unreasonably withheld), but will be safely stored for possible future reference. SCHEDULE C
Effect of Cancellation If the Student cancels the housing agreement during a semester, the Student may remain in residence until the end of the semester the cancellation was given to UCF DHRL. The Student’s cancellation fees will be determined based on the date the Student’s written or electronically reproducible notice of cancellation is received by UCF DHRL; rent for the semester the cancellation is submitted to UCF DHRL will be based upon the date the Student vacates the residence facility. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, the Student is always responsible for the greater of the pro rata rent for the semester of cancellation or the cancellation fee for that semester. Residents who cancel this agreement will not be given any preference as a current or prior resident.
Certified Copies of Charter Documents Each of the Banks shall have received from the Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries a copy, certified by a duly authorized officer of such Person to be true and complete on the Closing Date, of each of (a) its charter or other incorporation documents as in effect on such date of certification, and (b) its by-laws as in effect on such date.
Copies of Documents Each Trust will furnish CMISC with copies of the following documents: the Declaration of Trust of the Trust and all amendments thereto; and the Trust’s registration statement (the “Registration Statement”) as in effect on the date hereof under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and all amendments or supplements thereto hereafter filed. The prospectus(es) and statement(s) of additional information contained in each such Registration Statement, as from time to time amended and supplemented, together are herein collectively referred to as the “Prospectus.”
