Stop Payments. The Fund hereby authorizes the Transfer Agent to stop payment of checks issued in payment of dividends, but not presented for payment, when the payees thereof allege either that they have not received the checks or that such checks have been mislaid, lost, stolen, destroyed or, through no fault of theirs, are otherwise beyond their control and cannot be produced by them for presentation and collection, and the Transfer Agent shall issue and deliver duplicate checks in replacement thereof, and the Fund shall indemnify Transfer Agent against any loss or damage resulting from reissuance of the checks.

Stop Payments. Company hereby authorizes Computershare to stop payment of checks issued in payment of dividends or for sales proceeds, but not presented for payment, when the payees thereof allege either that they have not received the checks or that such checks have been mislaid, lost, stolen, destroyed or, through no fault of theirs, are otherwise beyond their control and cannot be produced by them for presentation and collection, and Computershare shall issue and deliver duplicate checks in replacement thereof, and Company shall indemnify Transfer Agent against any loss or damage resulting from reissuance of the checks.
Stop Payments. If you want to stop payment on a check you have written, you must place a written stop payment order at the branch office which holds the account before it is finally paid by us. Any authorized signer on the account may furnish a stop payment order. For example, a joint account holder and one authorized signer may request a stop payment on an item which requires two signatures, regardless of whether that authorized signer's signature was one of the two signatures appearing on the item. You must furnish us with the date, the check number, and the exact amount (dollars and cents) of the check and the name of the payee for us to stop payment on the item. If you provide us with any incorrect information, we will not be responsible for our failure to stop payment on the check. We will not be responsible for a stop payment order if we do not have a reasonable opportunity to act on it before final payment of the item. You may furnish the stop payment order orally, or in writing. If you give us an oral stop payment order, then it will be effective for 14 calendar days. The stop payment order will expire at the end of 14 calendar days unless you give us a written notice of the stop payment order. Upon confirming the order in writing, the order will remain in effect for six months and must be renewed by you every six months to remain in effect. If you do not renew the stop payment order when it expires, and the item is presented for payment, we may pay the item and charge it to your account. There is a charge for each stop payment order and renewal order requested. A stop payment order comes too late to prevent us from paying an item if we do not receive the stop payment by the close of the business hour of the banking day of receipt of the item. Anyone holding the check, including the Bank, may be entitled to enforce payment against you despite the stop payment order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from all costs (except attorney's fees), actions, damages, claims, and demands related to or arising from our action in stopping payment on the check. You do not automatically have the right to stop payment on point-of-sale Debit Card transactions, cashier's checks or money orders you purchase from us. Stop Payments. If you request us to stop payment on a check you have written or on an electronic funds transfer (EFT) debit transfer, you will give written or other confirmation as allowed by us within 14 days of making the request. If you fail to confirm an oral stop payment request within the 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the request. Requests to stop all future payments on an EFT debit transfer may require additional documentation to be supplied to us. Your stop payment request must describe the item or account with reasonable certainty and we must receive the request in a time and way that gives us a reasonable opportunity to act on it. If you requested a stop payment on a multiple or future debit entry transfer, we must receive the Stop Payment Order, orally or in a record or writing, at least three business days before a scheduled debit entry. Requests to stop all future payments on an ACH debit transfer may require additional documentation to be supplied to us. Oral stop payment orders are binding on us for 14 calendar days only, unless our policy provides otherwise, and must be confirmed by you in a record or writing within that period....

Stop Payments. You may stop payment on a preauthorized electronic funds transfer, a withdrawal order or on any check, except for cashiers’ checks, official checks or other cash equivalent items. We must receive your stop payment order at a time and in a manner which gives us a reasonable opportunity to act on it prior to payment of the item. A stop payment order is effective for six (6) months from the date the order is received and may be renewed for additional six-month periods. We will accept stop payment orders issued by any person with signing authority on your Account, regardless of who initiated the check or other withdrawal order, and even if more than one signature is required on a check or withdrawal order. If you give an oral Stop Payment Order that is not confirmed in writing by you within 14 days, your Stop Payment Order will expire and the instrument may thereafter be paid by us. Stop payment orders are subject to our current charge for that service. You may place a stop payment order at any branch office, by calling us at the telephone number on your statement, by writing to us at the address shown on your statement, through our home banking service, or by any other notice method we agree to honor. We will request information about the check or other withdrawal order to be stopped, which may include your account number, the name of the party to be paid, the amount, the date, your check number, and your name and address. STOP PAYMENT ORDERS ARE PROCESSED BY COMPUTER. UNLESS THE AMOUNT OF THE ITEM AND OTHER INFORMATION ARE REPORTED ABSOLUTELY ACCURATELY, WE CANNOT ASSURE YOU THAT THE ITEM YOU WANT STOPPED WILL NOT BE PAID. In the event that we inadvertently pay an item over your valid stop payment order, we may refuse to re-credit your Account if you owed the money to the payee(s). You will be required to provide evidence satisfactory to us of the amount of your loss. If we re-credit your Account, you shall be deemed to have assigned to us all of your rights against the payee(s), both on the item and on the underlying claim, and we may require you to sign an affidavit that you did not receive full value from the transaction for which the check was issued and otherwise cooperate in our recovery efforts.
Stop Payments. You may stop payment on a check using the Mobile App as long as you do so with a reasonable amount of time for us to act before the check is presented to us for payment. We are not required to accept stop payment requests over the phone. We assume no liability for any interest or losses that result if your cancellation instructions are not received by us online or through our Mobile App with a reasonable time to act before the check is presented to us. You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless and reimburse us for all expenses, losses, claims, actions, proceedings and damages we incur in effecting or attempting to effect any stop payment.
