Coordinating Professional LPA projects. For any LPA project that involve more than one licensed professional engineer, LPA shall designate a Coordinating Professional (defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-3408) for this project as required by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-3437.02, of the Nebraska Engineers and Architects Regulation Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-3104 et. seq.) as defined in §81- 3408. The Coordinating Professional will apply his or her seal and signature and the date to the cover sheet of all documents and denote the seal as that of the Coordinating Professional. The Coordinating Professional will verify that all design disciplines involved in the project are working in coordination with one another, and that any changes made to the design are approved by the corresponding discipline. Consultant agrees to contractually require its subconsultants to cooperate with the designated Coordinating Professional. If Consultant’s engineer has been identified as the Coordinating Professional for this project, and, for whatever reason, the designated Coordinating Professional is no longer assigned to the project, Consultant shall provide LPA written notice of the name of the replacement within 10 business days.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • City’s Project Manager The City’s Project Manager is Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx. The City shall give Contractor prompt written notice of any re-designation of its Project Manager.

  • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.
