CONTRIBUTIONS BY PARTICIPATING EMPLOYER. Contributions to the Plan by each Participating Employer and the Employer shall be determined independently by their respective Boards of Directors. Any such determinations shall be made consistent with the requirements of nondiscriminatory coverage of the Employees of a "controlled group of corporations" or "affiliated service group" under Section 414 of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Participating Employers (a) With the consent of the adopting Employer and Trustee, and by duly authorized action, any Affiliated Employer may adopt this Plan and become a Participating Employer. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise the work "Employer" shall be deemed to include each Participating Employer as related to its adoption of the Plan.

  • DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTIONS The Advisory Committee will allocate to each Participant's Deferral Contributions Account the amount of Deferral Contributions the Employer makes to the Trust on behalf of the Participant. The Advisory Committee will make this allocation as of the last day of each Plan Year unless, in Adoption Agreement Section 3.04, the Employer elects more frequent allocation dates for salary reduction contributions.

  • Rollover Contributions An amount which qualifies as a rollover contribution pursuant to the Federal Internal Revenue Code may be transferred to and paid under this contract as a contribution for a Participant. Prudential may require proof that the amount paid so qualifies.

  • Participant Contributions If Participant contributions are permitted, complete (a), (b), and (c). Otherwise complete (d).

  • Employer Contributions If Employer contributions are permitted, complete (a) and/or (b). Otherwise complete (c).

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.
