DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
Services to Other Clients; Certain Affiliated Activities (a) The relationship between the Asset Manager and the Series is as described in this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement, none of the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement, nor any other matter, shall oblige the Asset Manager to accept responsibilities that are more extensive than those set forth in this Agreement.
Fixed Term Employees 31. The only terms of this Agreement that apply to employees who are not regular employees are those that are set out in Articles 31A, 32, 33 and 34. ARTICLE 31A – FIXED-TERM EMPLOYEES OTHER THAN SEASONAL, STUDENT AND GO TEMP EMPLOYEES (FXT) 31A.1 Articles 31A.2 to 31A.16 apply only to fixed-term employees other than seasonal, student and GO Temp employees.
Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.
Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.
Insiders’ NASD Affiliation Based on questionnaires distributed to such persons, except as set forth on Schedule 2.18.4, no officer, director or any beneficial owner of the Company’s unregistered securities has any direct or indirect affiliation or association with any NASD member. The Company will advise the Representative and its counsel if it learns that any officer, director or owner of at least 5% of the Company’s outstanding securities is or becomes an affiliate or associated person of an NASD member participating in the offering.
Related Employers If any member of the Employer's related group (as defined in Section 1.30 of the Plan) executes a Participation Agreement to this Adoption Agreement, such member's Employees are eligible to participate in this Plan, unless excluded by reason of an exclusion classification elected under this Adoption Agreement Section 1.07. Term Employees (a) On termination, a term employee, with or without dependants, who leases unfurnished accommodations, or who leases furnished accommodations or owns his/her own home, will be provided financial assistance on a percentage basis for years of completed service, as defined in Table A-6.
Services Services available under this Contract are limited to related services as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their service offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of services awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above.
Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan Pension Program Members For purposes of this Section 2, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on or after August 29, 2003 and who is not eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.
