Contributed Amount. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Donor will contribute funds to the Foundation solely to support the Institute Programs to advance the Institute's Mission (all or part of such funds are referred to as the "Contributed Amount(s)") in the amounts set forth in the chart immediately following the cha1i below. The budget allocation for each Institute Program Activity is set fo1ih below. Contributions from third-party donors, who contribute to the IGIG-CKF Fund (defined in section 6.c. below), shall be used to provide funding for the Institute Program Activities in excess of the Donor's aggregate maximum Contributed Amount. Changes to the budget-category allocations may be made by mutual written agreements of the Parties (by way of clarification, an email agreement is sufficient for these purposes). The Donor's support under this Agreement is expressly contingent upon the third-party donors executing grant agreements to support the Institute Programs in accordance with the budgeted allocations for the Program Activities listed below (less the allocated amounts to be provided by the Donor) in the aggregate amount ofat least $20,000,000 on or before July I, 2019. Othei" Support If the University and Donor mutually agree, the Donor may also contribute in- kind services to the University to help promote the work ofthe University, the Clinic, or the University faculty, students, and staff.

The maximum Contributed Amount for the Agent Learner Initiative is $10,000,000.
