Data Purchase means the purchase of an annual subscription to Online Services inclusive of updates.

  • Form of Fundamental Change Purchase Notice means the “Form of Fundamental Change Purchase Notice” attached as Attachment 2 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.
